Walk + Roll to School Day

Wednesday October 4

In Oregon, we call International Walk to School Day, Walk + Roll Day because we celebrate all modes of travel that helps reduce the number cars on the road. That includes walking, biking, scooting, skateboarding, busing, carpooling......

Celebrate Walk+Roll Day and see what a few less cars on the road looks like.

Less cars on the road:

  • Reduce congestion and traffic throughout the school community
  • Increase safety on the roads
  • Improve air quality by reducing motor vehicle emissions

There are over 30 BSD schools registered for Walk+Roll to School Day. Let's see how many people we can get walking and rolling throughout BSD. See the page for more details.

Grab some friends, pick your route and GO!
